What are the requirements for bands and venues regarding scheduled performances?    
 
All performances must represent actual performances. No fictitious performances are permitted to be entered into the ZBands database. Any band or venue that schedules fictitious or illegal performances is subject to being banned from ZBands. Additionally, ZBands is not responsible for the accuracy of scheduled performances. 

What restrictions apply, regarding the content of a members profile, e.g. in the field used to describe a band?  
   
No reference can be made to illegal or unlawful substances or services. Additionally, undesirable content, such as vulgarity is not permitted.
